Court says elderly cannot speak for themselves

When the Court made my mother a ward of the state it essentially said that elderly people cannot speak for themselves. The Court by its actions has said that my mother's wishes and directives should be ignored. What my mother wanted and planned for herself and her children will not happen because the Court has made my mother a ward of the state.

Should this stand it means that elderly people throughout the great state of Alabama cannot make their own decisions, directives or Durable Powers of Attorney, as these can be made void and revoked by lawyers appointed as guardians and conservators through a corrupt legal system.

Certainly it is corrupt for lawyers to have someone arrested and thrown into a nut house on trumped up charges and false allegations that came about through a criminal act which was contrived and plotted which that person tried to stop and resist.

This is exactly what happened to me that the Court would be made prejudice against me and my mother made a ward of the state of Alabama.

How can anyone, especially the elderly, defend themselves against such corruption and abuse? My answer is to expose that corruption so that everyone may read for themselves about what happened, so the people may learn about the corruption, that it may be brought to light. Therein I hope justice will best be served since it cannot be delivered through a corrupt system of greedy lawyers, judges elected for their popularity not appointed for their qualifications, and nursing homes strapped for cash and milking the elderly so that they may survive.

I received a letter from the Montgomery County Probate Court which threatened me with contempt of court charges if I did anything to help my mother. Why should the Court be afraid of me? What are they trying to hide? What do not they want revealed? Could it be that the judges themselves are corrupt? When I discovered that Probate Judge Reese McKinney, Jr. was on the Board of Trustees for Jackson Hospital, the same hospital where my mother went after here stroke, the same hospital which infected her legs with maggots, the same hospital which stuck her with a needle and wanted to test her for HIV, the virus which causes AIDS, the same hospital which would not transfer her to the Eisenhower Medical Center or Birmingham Medical Center when I requested that this be done, the same hospital which arranged for my mother to be transferred the KING DING DONG nursing home ... it all begins to fit into place. The system is structured to warehouse the elderly, and the judges have their hands deep in the cookie jar.

Certainly the fact that Probate Judge Reese McKinney is a trustee of Jackson Hospital, that this hospital may have opened itself up for a law suit in a number of regards, and this judge was in a position to insure that would not happen, reeks of corruption. For the way to prevent me from suing Jackson Hospital or even King Ding Dong nursing home was for the Court to appoint lawyers to be my mother's guardian and conservator. And that is exactly what was done.

How should I respond to this injustice? Would the best response be to file a claim against everyone involved, including the judges? What recourse do I have? Certainly and claim in these regards would be quite expensive. Therein we have another element of corruption. Lawyers can file claims day in and day out just to harass people. They can conspire to have people arrested and thrown into nut houses. This is easy to do if a family member has an ulterior motive or a personal vendetta. Lucky me, my brother Greg fits the bill perfectly. He is an Alabama lawyer's dream come true, a pocket of money willing to pay their bills if they will but do his bidding.

Now what could possibly have been Greg's motives, and his daughters motives as with respect to my mother's unfortunate situation? Well, it so happens that Sharon has been begging my mother to help pay her huge educational loans off for years. I discovered a number of letters Sharon wrote to my mother in this regard.

In a letter to my mother dated 6/26/98 Sharon wrote:

"I owe about $52,000.00 in student loans. Obviously that's my responsibility & a deal I "made with the devil" to attend school. I'm asking for help paying it."

Sharon when on to write:

"As you know, I can't even get a car loan on my own because of this volume of debt. I will never be able to buy a home, or manage things comfortably unless I do something. Because of recent changes in federal loans, I'm not even sure I can consolidate the loand, and if I do, I will literally have to extend the payment period to 25 years to manage the monthly payments, something that would seriously impact my ability even to save for retirement.

Sharon when on to ask my mother to help pay off her educational loans, saying, "I'd like you, if possible, to actually pay off the whole amount, or have it officially switched to your name or barrow money from a bank to pay it off & then you pay off the bank. If you can't do this than the next best thing would be to just take over the payments (as you did on this loan once before.)

Sharon concluded by writing, "I wouldn't ask, but I'm just so tired of struggling so hard to manage this. I hope you can help and know that I'm asking others to as well. If you can't, I will understand."

Earlier in the letter Sharon wrote that she was also writing letters to others whom she said should help her. Why she thought they should help her or were somehow obligated to help her, I do not know. The way she phrased it was, "I've finally decided I have to ask for help in a serious way, so I'm writing letters to you, my dad, tricia, and to Bill, because these are the people I think can, perhaps should ?, and I hope will help."

Apparently at the time Sharon wrote this letter to my mother she had educational loans of over $52,000.00. In four or five years the interest on these loans would have increased her debt significantly! What better way to repay these loans than to put my mother in a nursing home, and get power and control over her and Larry's benefits which total over $50,000.00 a year!

This is apparently exactly what has happened. By kidnapping Larry and taking him to Colorado, then raiding his trust fund and having Larry's VA benefits and Social Security check redirected, Greg and Sharon have taken control of these monies for themselves. One immediate consequence is that Sharon was able to realize her dream and go to the People's Republic of China. God only knows what on earth she could possibly want to do that for?

In addition to getting power and control over Larry's trust monies and benefits, the Court appointed guardians and conservators redirected my mother's benefits, into their own pockets as far as I'm concerned. Then they hit me with a law suit on the frivolous claim that my mother did give me all her real and personal property. Well, sorry folks, that is exactly what she did. This was done back in July of 2002 at the same time she had other documents notarized. I'm publishing the property transfer document on the Internet for the whole world to see! This I'm also doing to vindicate my mother that her will might be done.

Another reason I'm publishing these legal documents and evidence upon the Internet is because this is a way they can be preserved and protected. Sharon already threatened to burn my van when I had legal document stored in it. This was back in April of 2002 around the same time Sharon and Greg did the dumpster-in-the-driveway fiasco. So by publishing these legal documents upon the Internet they are out there for everyone to see and even if Sharon or Greg try to burn down my house, they will not be able to destroy these documents.

Oh, by the way, after the dumpster-in-the-driveway fiasco I produced a site entitled Dumpster Damnation to educate and inform people with regard to the inappropriate usage of dumpsters, to promote user licensing of dumpsters and speak out against the solid waste industry and the raping of the environment to create gigantic landfills. I figured that was a good way to rock the boat, given it is my opinion that dumpster companies and the solid waste industry are monsters destroying the environment, much of their money probably going into organized crime. After all it is not just a coincidence that many of these solid waste companies have corporate associations in Delaware, New Jersey, Arizona and Nevada -- literally nationwide. Smells like the Mafia is involved to me. But even if the major waste disposal companies are clean as a whistle, they still are engaged in raping the environment at a level which makes moonscapes out of mountains.

Over time I will be posting more legal documents to use as evidence with respect to claim my mother's court appointed guardians and conservators have brought against me. This should keep them out of the dumpster should Sharon and Greg appear on the scene and break into my house. Given they both have a substance abuse problem and are likely to do anything when enebriated, I figure it is a good idea to preserve evidence by posting it on the Internet. After all if they would kidnap Larry, have me arrested and thrown into a nut house on fradulent charges, they would do just about anything. As I've said before, who needs enemies when you have a brother who is like this!

Also it is my intent to print out this blog and present it one day in court. If nothing else a judge will have a good read, something more interesting to muse over than those sterile legal documents lawyers prepare. In the past my brother's lawyer, Ms Kathryn Dickey, has sited my websites trying to use them against me. Greg has done the same thing in court. Next time around I'll just print out this blog and give it to the judge along with all the associated documents so he can make a decision based upon actually seeing my work, instead of having someone make innuendoes about it.
